Subrahmanya, manages the Purchase functions at Value Point. He has an overall experience of 20 years in the IT industry, working with Valuepoint since 1996, taking care of procurement, vendor and order management nationally.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in commerce from Kuvempu University. Joining Value Point as an accounts executive, he has moved on to head the Purchase role at Value Point, seamlessly. He has extensive experience in effective inventory control through setting up quantity and quality limits, proven skills in managing commercial operations, entailing liaison with excise bodies.

He has been awarded by DATAQUEST and Intel, among others, for his work efficiency and technical capabilities.

Sadanand Pai, an old-timer services’ veteran, has been with us since 1997. He has come a long way, in this field and at present he Heads the Service Delivery for Managed Services Business. He has more than 13 years of experience in IT Services. Sadanand Pai has been recognized with an award of “Best Services Manager” at Valuepoint. He holds a Diploma in Electronics and Communication apart from technical certifications like MCSE, ITIL V3 Foundation and HP server certifications.

Sarfaraz Dani, heads our Managed services’ business. He has more than 16 years of work experience in the services’ field. He has been with Valuepoint since 2000. He has been rewarded as “Best Performer for Services Sales” by HP. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce and a Diploma in Electronics apart from technical certifications like CNE, MCSE, and Gold Certification from HP on Net Servers. He has been instrumental in enhancing our services’ portfolio and taking it into greater heights. His lead-from-the-front work style has made our Company a fore-runner in the Managed Services Business (AMC as well as Managed Services Software business).

Roopashri is at the helm of our Printing and Imaging Solutions, as well as the Accessories, Options, Supplies and Upgrades Division (IPGSA). She has been with Valuepoint since 2001. Over the years, she has proven herself admirably, building this division from scratch, contributing immensely through her untiring efforts, resulting in an ever-growing multi-million dollars’ revenue division. Roopashri holds a Bachelors Degree in Electronics Engineering.

An avid Technology buff, Phanikumar drives the Infrastructure and Cloud Services Business at Valuepoint nationally. In his 8+ years tenure at Valuepoint, He has contributed immensely to bring the organization to a leadership position. His ability to present customers with solutions that are innovative, cost effective and path breaking have ensured long-term customer confidence and retention.

With his interest in technology trends always at its peak, Phanikumar, has assisted many companies in setting up operations in the country.

Phanikumar is a HP Gold Certified Server Sales Professional as well as a Certified Novell Engineer. Phanikumar holds a Diploma in Computer Science.

Pavan is the Business Head of Enterprise and Emerging Markets at Valuepoint. Prior to this position, he was heading the Software division at Value Point. He has over 10 years of experience in Consultative Sales, ERP Application Sales, Product Sales, Business Development & Client Relationship Management. He has been instrumental in driving the business relations with respect to all the software brands represented by Value Point.

His leadership abilities have elevated Valuepoint into being a leading Microsoft Gold Certified partner in the country.

Pavan holds a Diploma in Computer Science & Telecommunications

Dattatraya Hegde or DT Hegde as he is better known, is a B.com graduate from Karnataka University, Dharwar. He has been working in the field of Accounts & Finance, since 1980, with rich experience in the fields of Accounting and Corporate Finance.

He joined Valuepoint Systems in April 2005, currently holding the position of Manager –Accounts & Finance.

He, firmly believes in the Golden adage – “ Work is worship”. Hard work, punctuality, honesty and Teamwork are his trademark qualities. He has been managing the Accounts and Finance portfolio with utmost vigor and vim and has been instrumental in maintaining the balance between cash inflows and outflows at Value Point with great finesse.

Rajesh Puri has 21 years of experience in field of IT sales, solutions and services. Prior to joining Valuepoint he was working with Onward eServices Limited as General Manager- Services. He has handled projects which requires volume delivery support management. As well he has experience in delivering turnkey projects right from solution architecting to implementation and management for heterogeneous IT infrastructure.
His strength lies in his strong experience of developing skills within existing teams and ramp up to build new teams as well implementation of CRM applications to automate service operations as per latest industry best practices within ITIL – ITSM – PMP framework. Identifying new opportunities in managed services domains & acquisitions.

Suneetha heads our Human Resources Department. Joining the company in December 2010 , Suneetha has brought to Valuepoint more than 11 years of experience in human resources, learning and development , organization development and , manpower planning, staffing, integration of mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Valuepoint, she was working as Sr.HR, Business Partner and Staffing Manager at VeriSign / Syniverse Technologies (India) Pvt ltd.
Suneetha holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics & Communications) degree as well as an MBA in Human Resources, additionally, she has an IBM e-Commerce certification.

B Mathews leads the ETS BU (Enterprise Technology Solutions). Joining the company in March 2011, Mr. Mathews brought to Valuepoint more than 16 years of experience in IT industry experience in the field of Operating systems, SAN & NAS Storage solution, Networking Protocols, NMS software’s and other Applications. Before joining Valuepoint, he was as Enterprise Sales Manager –for India and Sri Lanka M/s Quantum Corporation Inc.

Mr. Mathews holds a Bachelor of Engineering ( Electronic & Telecommunication) and professional certificates like EMC Storage, CITRIX, Cisco CCNP & CCDA , MCSE , Salesforce , VERITAS Presales etc .,

Our GM (operations), Suresh is an IT Industry Veteran, Techno Savvy and a Highly Professional individual, having an excellent track record of Administration, Service Delivery, Outsourcing, Business Development, Process Planning, as well as vendor and Manpower Management.

He has 5 Years of experience in the Automobile Industry and 16 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management services. He has proven achievements in the areas of Service Delivery, Networking, vendor management, Manpower Management and managing IT tech groups, people management, vendor and Clients’ management.

Prior to Value Point, he has worked in various capacities in major IT Companies, donning roles such as Team Leader, Manager, Regional Manager, Country Manager as well as Operations Manager.

Vinayak Avadhani leads the NSS (Networking & Security Solutions) BU. Joining the company in November 2011, Mr. Vinayak brought to Valuepoint more than 14 + years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Operations having extensive exposure in the field of IT Products, Services sales and Solutions. Before joining Valuepoint , he was a Regional Manager for BNA Technologies Consulting Ltd.,

Vinayak holds a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) and MBA (Marketing).
